Roasting Capsicums

Have you ever tried roasting capsicums? Trust me, you should. It's so juicy & sweet. After I read about it here, I just had to try.

Step 1: Wash and pet dry the capsicum

Step 2: Place it on the gas stove over low fire. Turn it around from time to time

Step 3: Once all sides are done, place the capsicum in a ziplock bag

Step 4: A couple of minutes later, scrape the burnt skin and deseed it

Step 5: Enjoy!

  1. Hey babe, great mind coz i was thinking of doing the same to make a sauce of it for pasta :) Looks good and I can't wait to try it either :)
